Intralipotherapy: Treat localized adiposity
Intralipotherapy is an injective technique of aesthetic medicine to reduce localized fat deposits as a non-surgical option.
Special lipolytic drugs are used. These substances can be injected into various areas of the body: abdomen, hips, inner thighs, inside knee, culotte de Cheval, back folds, arms and doubles, or where there is localized fat.
Intralipotherapy is effective in both women and men.
The treatment is almost painless as the drug is added with an anesthetic. The product is injected into the areas to be treated with a special needle through which, from a single entrance hole, the liquid is distributed in the adipose layer.
In the days following the treatment the area may show a slight redness and soreness, normal reactions that allow the drug to act. During this period it is recommended to perform manual lymphatic drainage or pressure therapy.
The sessions are performed every 2 weeks and depending on the area and the needs of each patient.
The treatments against localized fat can be combined with a personalized diet plan, and treatments such as Pressotherapy, Radiofrequency, or LPG Endermologie that help in toning and firming the line, speeding up the process bringing a better result.
